First, What is Stress?
To be honest, there is no definition of stress that everyone agrees with because everyone perceives and reacts to stress differently, and everyone experiences different types of stress at different times.
Stress is our mind, and body’s reaction when we feel pressured, changed or threatened. Of course, the above statement is very controversial, but this is what most people feel stress is. The truth about stress may shock you, and it may give you a whole new perspective. You may hate me for telling you this as well, but this is the truth.
Before I start, I want to say, stress is a completely natural and common thing everyone has. Stress is not completely bad, and we can’t completely get rid of it, but we can lower and get rid of stress in one moment in time. Stress is essential for us to survive, but nowadays, we get stressed for unnecessary reasons, and it prevents us from thinking sometimes. It’s no big deal, but stress can have many negative effects on your mind, body, and soul.
