The Greatest Misery In Life!

I have one word for all of you… EXPECTATIONS!!!

Normally what ever we expect does not happen because our chances in our expectations are very low. I’m not religious, but… Even Buddha said that attachment and expectations leads to the greatest suffering.

Just think about it. If we expect something to happen or someone to do something and it did not happens, we get frustrated, disappointed, angry, we feel sad. It doesn’t just end there, we keep doing this to our selves over and over again. It’s a constant cycle of expectation and disappointment. If we get attached to something, we all know that everything has to go some day and we’re going to feel the greatest pain when we are separated from something we are attached to. We are the only ones stopping our selves from being happy.

So how do we stop one from having expectations and attachment?

Easy, the answer is control. We much control our minds from wondering, getting attached to things and expecting things to happen in your life. Our mind is a powerful tool and it can be a good and bad thing at the same time, but with such great…
