Being your best self just means, being yourself, learning about yourself, liking yourself, using all your strengths, being positive, and making the environment around you more positive.
I could talk on and on about being your best self, but we’re going to get straight to the point. There are three huge things you need to know about being your best self.

  1. Self-realization
  2. Realize your motives and influences
  3. Challenge and believe in yourself constantly

These are the 3 main things you need to know so you can be your best self. Most of this process is just realization. Most of us live our lives blind, and I don’t mean this as an insult to anyone. What I mean is that most of us don’t live our lives consciously all the time, we don’t realize many things about life or even about ourselves. But all that changes now.
People that can be their best selves tend to feel more light. They enjoy their lives way more, they are way happier, and they always see the good in things. This is because they are just being themselves in the best way possible for them. They choose things (careers, hobbies, friends, etc) in their lives that go with them. I hope that made sense.
