5 Ways to Achieve Self Care With A Busy Scheduled!!!
Here are 5 tips I incorporate in my daily life to take care of my self.
Life is sometimes hectic and really busy that you have no time for yourself, don’t worry everyone’s been there even me. My life personally is really busy with school, blogging, dance and more. Here are 5 tips I incorporate in my life to take care of myself, at least a little bit.
TABLE OF CONTINENCE:
1. Health
- Drink plenty of water or tea
- Get lots of sleep at least 6–8 hours, preferably 8–10 hours
- Incorporate exercise in your life
2. Hygiene
- Have a good shower and skin care routine
- Exfoliate and shave
- Moisturize daily
- Do things to make yourself smell nice like deodorant, perfume / colon,
3. Be happy (positive, have time for yourself at times)
- Hobbies/Books/Movies
- Ambiance / Meditate
- Practice positive self talk / Be kind
- Enjoy the little things in life like nature
4. Aesthetic life
